We Need Your Help
Acorn Acres is 100% volunteer-run with no payroll, but wildlife rehabilitation still comes with very real expenses. Rent, utilities, specialized formula, fresh food, medical supplies, diagnostic testing, housing, and everyday animal care don’t stop when baby season ends.
That’s why we created the Second Chance Circle…a community of monthly supporters who make rescue, rehabilitation, recovery, and release possible all year long.
Our goal: 1,300 people
giving at least $10 a month.

PA Registration Plate
- Complete the form
- If you wish a standard plate with the next consecutive number, the fee is $75.00. The fee includes the cost of the new plate and a $35.00 donation to Acorn Acres. It does NOT include the cost of renewing your registration.
- If you wish a personalized plate, the fee is $211.00. The fees include the cost of the new plate and a $35.00 donation to Acorn Acres. It does NOT include renewing your registration.
- Submit your signed form (via email) and pay online or mail the form with a check payable to Acorn Acres Wildlife Rehabilitation.
- Acorn Acres will process the application and send to PennDOT. Upon completion, PennDOT will mail the new registration plate directly to you.
